Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using Waash (“the platform”) you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. What Waash is

Waash is a directory that helps customers find and contact car detailers. We are not a party to any arrangement between customers and detailers, and we do not process payments or guarantee any service outcomes.

3. Detailer accounts

• You must be a legitimate car detailing business or individual operator to create a detailer profile.
• Profile information (name, city, bio, photos, services, pricing) must be accurate and kept up to date.
• You are responsible for all content you publish, including photos and service descriptions.
• You must not impersonate another person or business.
• We reserve the right to remove profiles that violate these terms or that we deem inappropriate.

4. Reviews

• Reviews must reflect genuine experiences with the detailer.
• You must not submit fake, incentivised, or defamatory reviews.
• We verify reviews via email and may remove reviews that appear fraudulent or abusive.

5. Enquiries

Enquiries sent through Waash are delivered directly to detailers. Waash is not responsible for how detailers respond to or handle enquiries. Do not submit enquiries containing offensive, abusive, or unsolicited commercial content.

6. Acceptable use

You must not use Waash to:

• Scrape, harvest, or bulk-collect profile data.
• Attempt to disrupt or overload the platform.
• Circumvent any access controls or security measures.
• Post illegal, offensive, or harmful content.

7. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of content you upload (photos, descriptions). By publishing a profile you grant Waash a non-exclusive licence to display that content on the platform. The Waash name, logo, and platform design are our property.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Waash is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of detailer profiles or the quality of services offered. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Waash’s liability for any claim arising from use of the platform is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (which, for free accounts, is nil).

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Waash after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be communicated by updating the date at the top of this page.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
