• Profile information — display name, city, bio, phone number, social handles, and profile photos you choose to share.
• Reviews and enquiries — messages and ratings you submit through the platform.
• Usage data — anonymous page-view counts (no personal identifiers stored) used to show detailers how many people visited their profile.

2. How we use your information

• To operate and display detailer profiles on the platform.
• To deliver enquiries and review notifications to detailers.
• To provide detailers with anonymous analytics (profile views, enquiry counts).
• To verify reviews via email confirmation.
• To improve the platform and fix issues.

3. Third-party services

We use third-party services to operate the platform. We do not sell your data to any third party.

4. Public profile data

Information you add to a published detailer profile (name, city, bio, photos, services) is visible to anyone on the internet and may be indexed by search engines. You can unpublish or delete your profile at any time from the dashboard.

5. Data retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your profile and associated data are removed. Enquiries submitted by customers may be retained for a reasonable period to resolve disputes.

6. Cookies

Waash uses essential session cookies required for authentication (managed by Clerk). We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

7. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us. Detailers can manage their own profile data directly through the dashboard.
